How to order
- Choose your model. Select Small, Medium or Large above. These prices are for an unpainted model. For a painted finish, contact us before ordering so we can confirm your requirements and provide a quote.
- Send your photographs. Use the “Choose photos” button above to upload up to 10 clear photographs before adding your model to the basket (up to 10MB each). Alternatively, email info@paws-to-remember.com after ordering with your order number and photographs of your pet.
- We check your images. We'll contact you if we need another angle or a clearer photograph.
- Made individually. We prepare the design and 3D print your personalised model.
- Checked and dispatched. Your model is inspected and carefully packed before it leaves us.
Photographs that help us
Choose sharp, well-lit photographs that clearly show your pet's face, body and distinctive features. Additional angles can help us understand their shape. Send original-resolution images where possible and avoid heavy filters or blurred screenshots.

Production & delivery
We normally dispatch personalised models within 10–14 working days after receiving suitable photographs and confirming the size and finish.
Delivery time is additional to production time. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. If you need your keepsake for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Can you make another breed or animal?
Yes, we work with dogs, cats and other animals. Send us your idea and photographs so we can confirm the best approach.
Will it be exactly like the photograph?
Your photographs guide the model. It is an individually created 3D interpretation of your pet, and details and appearance can vary.
What if my photographs aren't suitable?
We'll contact you to discuss other photographs before creating your model.

UK delivery charges
- Standard: £4.99, with a 3–5 business day transit time after dispatch.
- Free standard delivery: on orders of £50 or more.
- Express: £6.99, with a 1–2 business day transit time after dispatch.
Express delivery speeds up postage; your keepsake still needs its production time. Available delivery options and the final charge are confirmed at checkout.
