Choose the keepsake that's right for you
We offer three ways to shop, with each piece individually 3D printed by Glynne and Lance.
1. Choose your collection
- Pre-Designed Lithophanes: order one of the existing designs pictured. No photograph is required.
- Custom Lithophanes: an A5 lithophane made from your own photograph.
- 3D Models: a personalised pet model created using photographs of your pet.
2. Place your order
Add your chosen keepsake to your basket and complete checkout. Lithophane panels are sold separately from our Stand & Light — £6.
3. Send photographs for custom orders
For a custom lithophane, use “Choose photo” on the product page to upload one image before adding it to your basket. For a 3D model, use “Choose photos” to upload up to 10 photographs; front, side and back views help us understand your pet's shape. Each image can be up to 10MB.
You can also email photographs to info@paws-to-remember.com after ordering, with your order number. Pre-designed lithophanes do not need an upload.
4. We check and create your keepsake
For custom orders, we check your photographs and contact you if another image would give a better result. We prepare the design and individually 3D print your keepsake. For pre-designed orders, we print the design you selected.
5. Checked, packed and sent
We inspect your finished piece and carefully pack it for dispatch. If you need it for a particular date, contact us before ordering.
Production & delivery times
- Pre-designed lithophanes: normally dispatched in 5–7 working days.

These are production and dispatch times. Delivery takes additional time; delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need a keepsake by a particular date.
Choosing a photograph for a custom order
- Use clear, well-lit images with the subject in focus.
- Send original-resolution photographs where possible.
